Returns
- Eligibility: If the return meets the criteria below, a store credit (Iberdist E-Giftcard) will be issued; we do not provide refunds to the original form of payment.
- Timeframe: Returns must be delivered within 30 calendar days from the date your order was delivered. Returns received after 30 days will be refused, and return shipping charges are your responsibility.
- Refunds: Issued in the form of a store credit (Iberdist E-Giftcard).
- Shipping Charges: Non-refundable.
- Responsibility: We are not accountable for returned shipping costs, lost or stolen packages. Return labels are not provided.
- Condition: Items must be in original, unworn condition with no stains, defects, pet hairs, smells, or signs of wear. All original tags and packing slips must be included in the return.
Final Sale Items
- Sale, Clearance, or any discounted item marked sale is Final Sale.
- Any purchase using a 25% off or more discount is Final Sale.
- Categories like Jewelry, hair accessories, swimwear, leggings, bodysuits, gift items, SWIG coolers, and similar products are Final Sale.
- Ineligible Returns: If a final sale item is returned, a shipping invoice for the ineligible item(s) will be sent via email. Payment is required within 7 business days; otherwise, the ineligible return will be donated.
Excessive/Multiple Returns
- Prohibited: Excessive/multiple returns per month are prohibited and subject to a 20% restock fee. Only 2 returns accepted per month.
Processing Time
- Notification: Please allow up to 5-7 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email notification once processed.
Defective Item
- Contact: For defective items, contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 3 business days of delivery. Include your name, order number, item name, and a photo of the defect in the email.
- Timeframe: Items not reported within 3 business days do not qualify for replacement or return.
Cancellations
- Restrictions: Orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.
Exchanges
- Not Offered: We do not offer exchanges. An E-Giftcard will be issued upon return processing. We recommend placing a new order for the desired item, though availability is not guaranteed.

- Sizing Guidelines: Find measurements, sizing guidelines, and model sizes in each item’s description. Our Product Management team ensures accuracy.
- Color Accuracy: Items are photographed to display true colors/patterns. Slight variances are normal due to lighting, screen resolutions, and more.
